CUSTOMER REFLECTIONS

See below for a range of our past and continuing customers, sharing the narratives of their experiences in engaging NICCAS Cultural Infusion Services.

"Our Reconciliation Action Plan process was stalling until Nicole partnered with us. She gave us practical starting points, was clear on the non-negotiables and created a process that has unlocked a deep and powerful journey of reconciliation for WaterAid Australia. One of our staff said to me after a workshop with Nicole “I just learnt more from those few hours with Nicole than I learnt at school or uni”.

Over the past few years I have been working to decolonise my leadership practice. Having Nicole as my cultural mentor has been invaluable – she has called me out when I have slipped into “white saviour mode” whilst also cheering me on when I needed it.

If you are looking for a deadly piece of art work for your RAP look no further – Nicole painted the most incredible story of our RAP process."
